I've owned my Canon DSLR for over 5 years and have dabbled in and out of photography since buying it. But it wasn't until I got to Koh Phangan in February, I really fell in love with it. Photography had always been one of those skills, I struggled to prioritise in developing whilst living in the UK but since moving to Asia I was swimming with inspiration. I started searching on Instagram #Kohphangan hashtags and Facebook groups for other people in the area to collaborate with. Luckily enough it's an island abundant with creatives and Rakel invited me along to my first shoot of the year with model Rosaura. We set off at 6am on our bikes to the east side of the island to catch golden hour and here are the results.
